I removed 1 upper brick and 1 lower brick from left side of our front door.
No flashing installed around side of door, period.

** pictures further down on page; I removed top soil to show
how far down top soil and gravel would have to be removed to even install
the weep holes/flashing. Tuff & Dri is installed OVER the brick veneer, so I have no idea
how much further down they would have to go.

When Heartland retrenched the front of our house the T&D was installed a lot higher than initially installed.
Of course Heartland admitted they never resolved our issues as we know the
water infiltration issues are from above, not below.

I think Heartland knew this project would be extensive to fix our issues, that is where we are at right now....
